The SURFAZO is a “TERRAZZO” ou “GRANITO”, decorative sanded mortar consisting of an epoxy resin binder and a miscelleaneous crushed aggregates for continuous design flooring, resistant and easy to clean.
Designed for classified site no more than U4 - P4.E 2/3 C1
Three components: A-Epoxy resin / B-Hardener / C-Aggregates
The thickness of the flooring will change according to the aggregates sizing:
Aggregates from 0 à 4 mm......
thickness 8 mm
Aggregates from 0 à 6 mm......
thickness 10 mm
Aggregates from 0 à 8 mm......
thickness 12 mm
M ode of application
A temperature > 10C°
Apply SURFAPRIM TR or SURFAPRIM C primer to a thin or smoothed dry floated substrate, sound and free dust (shotblasting,
planed or bush hammering); planimetry 6 mm/ 2 meter, adhesion coefficient > 1.5 MPa,
On a sticky primar and after a blender mixing of components (A, B et C), implementation of the SURFAZO mortar on guides that determine the required thickness (8 to 12 mm),
Soft floating on the surface.
Drying time: a min. of 24 hours are necessary before sanding,
Several passes of sanding will be done with stony grindstones or diamond according to the required grain of surface (soft to high gloss) A finish resin
A finish resin type SURFANET will be applied 15 days after the pouring and the cleaning of the site to ease the maintenance, or a crystallization of the surface will be completed.
A protection will be applied on the SURFAZO for the working time.

Apply the SURFAZO on miscelleaneous substrates without requiring demolition (c/f DTA),
A mechanical preparation and an appropriate primar are required to apply on tiles or stone or concrete coating,
No dust emission,
Fire Classification: Bfl-s1 (CSBT report no RA19-0076 dated on 2019-04-09),

Finish: fine sanding or high gloss,
Inclusion of alu, brass, glass or pearl available,
Emission of COV: class A+ (Low content) (CSTB report SB-12-141),
Rolling wear test (NF P 11-101: 2016): no degradation (CSTB 2019 test),
Impact resistance (Adapted NF ISO 6272): no degradation (CSTB 2019 test),
Stain and chemical products resistance (NF EN 13529 and NF EN 423): very few or barely sensitive (CSTB 2019 test),
Thermal conductivity: suitable to the requirements of the radiant floor heating (CSTB 2019 test),
Ability to get granito or stone finish.

H ealth and safety
Keep packaging tightly closed,
Store in a well-ventilated place, temperature > 10°C,
Take the normal precautions for handling a chemical,
Epoxy resin: may have a sensitising effect on the body,
Special hardener: dangerous compound, Aliphatic Polyamine,
Wear gloves and goggles during application,
Do not eat, drink or smoke during application,
Avoid inhalation of fumes.
